Product Price Adjustment Notice

To optimize the official website top-up service and the pricing structure of in-game products, while maintaining a fair and stable game environment, the Adventurers' Guild adjusted the prices of certain products on August 13.

However, a subsequent review found that the exchange rate and regional pricing parameters did not take full effect during this price calculation, causing abnormal prices for certain products that differed from the originally planned adjustment. To correct this issue, we will make a second price adjustment to the affected products at 17:00 on August 20 (UTC+7). This second adjustment will correct the abnormal prices resulting from the August 13 adjustment.

Ⅱ Compensation Details

For Adventurers who successfully purchased any of the above repriced products before August 13, the Adventurers' Guild will verify the relevant purchase records and issue an amount of free Rune Starstones equivalent to the price difference.

Compensation will be calculated based on the corrected product prices effective at 17:00 on August 20 (UTC+7) and sent via in-game mail within 7 business days after August 20. Please check your mail.

Ⅲ Notes

1.This compensation only applies to eligible Adventurers who successfully purchased any of the above repriced products before the August 13 price adjustment. The specific compensation amount is subject to the system's final calculation.

2.Eligibility is based on order records for which payment was successful and the products were delivered. Unpaid, failed, canceled, or refunded orders are not eligible for compensation.

3.If displayed prices differ due to exchange rates, payment channels, or regional pricing, the actual compensation will be based on the system-calculated data.
