Guild Transfer Code Guide

Thank you for your enthusiastic participation in the Ragnarok: The New World Pre-Created Guild Event!

The Prontera Adventurers' Guild has prepared this guide on claiming and using Guild Transfer Codes. It will help you transfer your Guild affiliation with a single action after the OBT server launch and embark on a brand-new adventure with your Guild companions.

I. Claiming a Guild Transfer Code

Before the Pre-Created Guild Event ends—that is, before 7/22 22:59 (UTC+7)—Adventurers can visit the Pre-Created Guild Event page (link: https://gevents.gnjoy.hk/rowsea_guild/) to claim the event rewards and Guild Transfer Code.

On the 【My Guild Inheritance Code】 screen, select 【Claim Inheritance Code】 to generate and copy your Guild Transfer Code.

II. Using a Guild Transfer Code

After the server launch, select the 【Limited Time Event】 button in the upper-right corner of the main game screen to open the 【Pre-Created Guild】 screen. Select Guild Leader or Member, then enter the Guild Transfer Code to transfer the corresponding Guild affiliation.

Guild Leaders will not consume a Splendid Crystal when creating a Guild through this screen.

III. Guild Transfer FAQ

Q: Can a Guild Leader still create a Guild without using a Guild Transfer Code?

A: Yes.

If the Guild Leader creates a Guild directly through the in-game Guild screen without using the code, they can still open the 【Pre-Created Guild】 screen later and use the Guild Transfer Code to transfer the Pre-Created Guild affiliation. However, the Guild name must be set manually and cannot be the same as the Pre-Created Guild name.

Q: Can a Guild Transfer Code be used if the Guild Leader and Members are on different servers?

A: No.

Members must be on the same server as the Guild Leader to transfer their Guild affiliation. Members who have not entered the Guild Leader's server will be unable to use the Guild Transfer Code in the game. We recommend that the Guild Leader and Members confirm their selected server in advance and enter the same server.

Q: If the Guild Leader's server has reached its player limit, can Members still enter the same server and use the Guild Transfer Code?

A: Yes.

Temporary server access restrictions may prevent character creation. These restrictions will be lifted depending on server conditions. Please follow the latest announcements on Discord for details. Once the restrictions have ended, you can create a character on the corresponding server and use the Guild Transfer Code.

Q: If the Guild has reached its Member limit, can Members who have not joined yet still use the Guild Transfer Code?

A: No.

Once the Guild has reached its Member limit, no additional Members can use the Guild Transfer Code to join. Please contact the Guild administrators for assistance.

Q: Can Members join before the Guild Leader has created the Guild in the game?

A: No.

If the Guild Leader has not finished creating the Guild, Members cannot join even if they have a Guild Transfer Code. The Guild Leader must finish creating the Guild before Members use the code to join.

Q: Does the Guild Transfer Code have an expiration date or usage limit?

A: Yes.

Guild Transfer Codes can now be claimed from the Pre-Created Guild Event page. They are valid for seven days after the OBT server launch, from 7/16 10:00 to 7/22 22:59 (UTC+7). Unused codes will automatically expire after this period. Each Guild Transfer Code can only be used once and cannot be reused.

Q: How do I claim the Pre-Created Guild rewards?

A: Participation rewards for the Pre-Created Guild Event will be distributed as Gift Codes.

Visit the Pre-Created Guild Event page to claim your Gift Code. Then, in the game, select 【Settings】 → 【User Center】 → 【Gift Code Redemption】 in order and enter the Gift Code to receive the corresponding in-game item rewards. Each Gift Code can only be used once and cannot be redeemed repeatedly.

Q: Can I still join another Guild after claiming the Pre-Created Guild rewards?

A: Yes.

Claiming the Pre-Created Guild rewards is not mandatory for using the Guild Transfer Code. Adventurers may choose not to use the code and join another Guild directly, or use the code to join a Guild, leave it, and then join another Guild. None of these actions will affect the Pre-Created Guild rewards already claimed.

Q: Can Guild names created on the Pre-Created Guild Event page be used by other Guilds in the game?

A: Not during the event period.

The names of completed Pre-Created Guilds will be reserved in the game and can only be used by the corresponding Pre-Created Guild. Other Guilds cannot use the same name. After 7/22 22:59:59 (UTC+7), when the Pre-Created Guild Event has ended, unused Pre-Created Guild names will be released and made available for other Guilds.
