[September Update Preview] New 2nd Job Change Branches Arrive, Fair Competition Begins in Valkyrie Arena!

This September, the new 2nd Job Change Classes, Bard, Dancer, and Alchemist, will make their grand debut together. The classic Map, Glast Heim, will open its gates, while multiple cross-server features will gradually become available, allowing the bonds between Adventurers to transcend server boundaries. Meanwhile, the PVP event Valkyrie Arena, the Lv.85 Time Echoes Dungeon Wonderland Castle, and more new content will also open in succession, bringing richer experiences to Adventurers who love a challenge. Together with the Moonlit Starship event series, this September is set to be filled with surprises and excitement!

Core Highlight I: New 2nd Job Change Branches - Bard, Dancer, and Alchemist Arrive Together

The long-awaited Class tree is expanding once again! This month, the new Archer branches Bard and Dancer, as well as the new Merchant branch Alchemist, will officially be unlocked, introducing entirely new tactical possibilities to the battlefields of Midgard!

● Melodies Become Blades · Bard: A ranged Class that uses musical instruments to control the rhythm of battle and can switch between the Ensemble Build and Remix Build. The Ensemble Build allows Bards to perform together with Dancers, providing Party-wide benefits such as recovery and reduced cooldowns. The Remix Build turns sound waves and arrows into an offensive barrage, delivering rapid attacks through continuous damage and rhythm enhancement!

● Deadly Steps Beneath the Dance · Dancer: An agile Class that dances with a whip, combining Party support, battlefield control, and area damage. The Ensemble Build allows Dancers to perform powerful ensembles with Bards, healing allies, reducing enemy ASPD and global cooldowns, and increasing the Party's resistance to control effects. The Dance Frenzy Build continuously suppresses enemies through dance rhythms, strengthens the Dancer with Rhythm Notes, and unleashes dazzling barrages of arrows.

● A Symphony of Science and Forbidden Arts · Alchemist: A battlefield strategist who perfectly combines chemical potions with forbidden life sciences. Alchemists can use Acid Bomb to precisely destroy enemy equipment or summon unique Create Creatures to fight alongside them, providing comprehensive offensive and defensive support!

● Class Balance Adjustments · A Fully Upgraded Experience: We will continue monitoring the performance of every Class across all current gameplay scenarios and make appropriate overall balance adjustments in future updates, expanding the gameplay possibilities of different Class Builds.

Ancient bells echo through the ruins as the long-dormant Glast Heim prepares to open its gates to all Adventurers!

● New Map Unlocked · Brand-New Content Arrives: The new Map, Glast Heim, is now open! New areas, a new MVP, a new story, and new Cards will be added together. Powerful monsters and unsolved mysteries await you within the depths of this once-glorious ancient city.

● Personalized Style · Exclusive Glast Heim Cosmetics: New Glast Heim-themed Accessories, Stickers, Outfits, and other customization options will be added. Obtain them from events, monster drops in Glast Heim, or by crafting them through the Glast Heim Headwear Merchant, and give your adventure a unique style!

Core Highlight III: PVP Event Valkyrie Arena - Legend Cup Open Warm-up Series I Begins

The horn of glory has sounded, and a fair competitive stage for all Adventurers is about to open! The new PVP event Valkyrie Arena, the first Legend Cup Open Warm-up Series, will officially begin. All Adventurers who reach Character Lv.70 may participate and fight for their chance to rise to fame!

● Fair Progression · Free Build Customization: The tournament server uses standardized fair-play progression data, placing every Adventurer at the same starting point. Adventurers can freely configure their Build attributes and team members, create diverse tactical Builds, and enjoy a purer competitive experience.

● Limited-Time Ranked Matches · Climb the Points Rankings: During the event, ranked matches will be available every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evening. Win matches to earn tournament points, and complete the required number of matches to claim Activity Rewards. When the event ends, rewards will be distributed according to the points rankings.

Core Highlight V: Gender Change - Begin Your Adventure Again in a New Form

The highly anticipated Gender Change feature is about to open! After completing the corresponding tutorial quest, Adventurers can consume the designated item to change gender and explore the world of RO again in a brand-new form.

● Gender Change · A Fresh Start: After changing gender, the character model, face shape, hairstyle, makeup, animations, and certain Appearance styles will be adjusted accordingly. A 3-day Grace Period will be available after the change, during which the original gender can be restored for free. The feature has a cooldown of 14 days.

Core Highlight VI: Moonlit Starship Event Series - A Full Moon over Rune-Midgarts, Celebrate the Festival Together

The Moonlit Starship event series is about to begin!

● Lantern Riddle Quiz · Solve One Riddle Every Day: The full moon rises as lantern riddles await! A new riddle will become available every day during the event. Answer it correctly to receive the corresponding reward. Join in once a day and easily collect festive gifts!

● Mooncake Workshop · Gather Materials and Make Mooncakes Together: During the event, Adventurers can obtain mooncake materials by participating in designated gameplay. Collect the required materials to make mooncakes. A daily limit applies to the number of mooncakes that can be made, and Adventurers can exchange specific materials with friends. Mooncakes made by all Adventurers on the server will also contribute to shared progress. Reach the specified milestones to claim generous rewards.

● Mooncake Showdown · Choose Your Tiles and Climb the Rankings: A new limited-time casual mode is about to open! Adventurers can participate in teams of 2 or join a match through solo matchmaking. Points will be awarded according to performance after each round. When the event ends, rankings will be determined by the number of mooncakes obtained, and ranking rewards will be distributed accordingly. Participation also grants daily rewards and contributes to event progress, unlocking additional milestone rewards.

Completing missions or meeting event requirements grants event points, which can increase your event Tier. Reach the corresponding Tier to claim daily rewards.
