The first War of Kings officially begins on August 15!
[Event Time & Participation Requirements]
1. Server War of Kings: Begins at 13:00 (UTC+7) on the Saturday of the third week of every month. Registration is open from 10:00 on Monday until before 13:00 on Saturday of the event week. Adventurers on servers that have been open for at least 15 days and whose character has reached Lv. 60 or higher may participate after registering within the specified period.
2. Cross-Server War of Kings: Begins at 18:00 (UTC+7) on the Saturday of the third week of every month. Only adventurers on servers that have been open for at least 24 days, whose character has reached Lv. 60 or higher, and who placed in the top 3 of that month's Server War of Kings will qualify for the Cross-Server competition.
3. The Server tournament is the qualification stage for the Cross-Server tournament. Adventurers must first participate in Server War of Kings and place in the top 3 before representing their server in Cross-Server War of Kings. Please refer to the in-game event interface for the registration entrance, tournament groups, and entry arrangements.
[Form a Team and Assemble Your Strongest Lineup]
1. For War of Kings, captains are advised to form a full 5-player team in advance and lead the members into the Waiting Room for the appropriate level bracket. Teams will be assigned automatically based on the members' Base Levels.
2. After entering the Waiting Room, teams should keep their lineup as stable as possible. Before matchmaking results are announced, teams may freely enter and leave the Waiting Room within the same round, but cannot enter across different rounds. After matchmaking results are announced and before entering the match, any team or member who leaves the Waiting Room cannot re-enter that round.
3. If an eligible level bracket has an odd number of valid teams, a bye may occur. The team receiving the bye advances directly to the next round and remains in the Waiting Room for subsequent matchmaking. Failure by team members to enter the Waiting Room or match within the specified time may also affect eligibility for that round.
[Round-by-Round Battles with Upper and Lower Brackets]
1. Each round uses a best-of-five format. The games are played in this fixed order: Game 1—1V1, Game 2—5V5, Game 3—3V3, Game 4—5V5, and Game 5—1V1. The first team to win 3 games advances to the next round.
2. Before each round, captains must consider more than individual game results and adjust their lineup for the opponent's likely deployment. For example, assign the strongest duelist to 1V1 and members skilled at focus fire and finishing to 3V3, maximizing the chance of victory in every game with a limited roster.
3. Each adventurer may participate in only one of Game 1, Game 3, or Game 5 and cannot enter multiple solo/trio games. How the team's core strength is distributed among the crucial first, third, and fifth games will be a key strategy in determining the course of the entire round.
4. After each match, the winner remains in the Upper Bracket while the loser moves to the Lower Bracket. A team that loses again in the Lower Bracket is eliminated. Ultimately, the Upper Bracket champion and Lower Bracket champion advance to the Final to compete for 1st and 2nd place in War of Kings.
5. The order of the five games is fixed, but player assignments are not. With a limited core roster and participation restrictions, captains must read the opponent's deployment and distribute stronger and weaker lineups wisely. They can concentrate their advantage in games with a higher chance of victory or adjust the lineup to avoid the opponent's strengths and preserve the best players for later crucial games.
Assemble your strongest lineup on August 15 and challenge for a Server top 3 finish and the ultimate glory of Cross-Server competition!
