Ragnarok: The New World Pre-Download Is Now Available!

Adventure begins anew. The continent of Midgard is calling. Brave Adventurers, welcome to a brand-new world!

I. Pre-download and Server Opening Schedule

The gates of adventure are about to open! Set your alarms and check out the full schedule and first-launch server details below. All times are in UTC+7:

● PC pre-download opens: July 14, 2026, 10:00

● Mobile pre-download opens: July 15, 2026, 10:00

● Official launch on all platforms: July 16, 2026, 10:00

Kind reminder: The official launch time may be slightly adjusted depending on actual preparation progress. Please keep an eye on the latest updates from our official community.

II. Official Download Guide  

Official unified pre-download portal: https://rothenewworld.onelink.me/dFib/sp8v6nvq  

Multiple download channels:

● STEAM PC download availability and server opening time may be delayed depending on the actual situation. Please refer to future official announcements.

● iOS users: After 10:00 on July 15, you can search for the game directly in the App Store and pre-download it.

● Android users: In addition to the official website, you can also download the game via Google Play after 10:00 on July 15.

Note: PC players can launch the previously downloaded Genesis Test client directly to update to the OBT version. Mobile players must download the latest official version from the official website, Google Play, or the App Store.

III. Pre-download Notes  

Reserve enough device storage space. This is extremely important. Game installation and decompression require sufficient space.

● PC: We recommend reserving at least 25GB of storage space in advance. Installing the game on an SSD is strongly recommended.

● Mobile: We recommend reserving at least 10GB of storage space in advance.  

Recommended network environment: We recommend downloading under a stable Wi-Fi connection.  

Limited-time pre-download note: Character creation and game entry will not be available during the pre-download period. Downloading in advance and completing resource decompression will allow you to enjoy a smoother head start when the servers open on July 16!  

Download troubleshooting: If you encounter slow download speed, stuck progress, or other issues, please check your network settings first. Due to heavy traffic at the beginning of pre-download, traffic distribution may be triggered during peak periods. If your download speed slows down, please wait patiently or try downloading during off-peak hours.

IV. Server Character Creation Notes  

No server will permanently disable new character creation.  

If some popular servers experience excessive load due to a large number of players entering at the same time, the system may temporarily close character creation to ensure a smooth experience for players who are already logged in. Once the server load is balanced and pressure is reduced, character creation will reopen.

V. Feedback Channels

If you encounter any technical issues during pre-download, installation, or later gameplay, please feel free to contact us through the following channels:

● Official customer service ticket: Click https://service.gnjoy.hk/platform/officialSupport.html?gameId=456 and log in with your Facebook or Google account. Please fill in the issue description and relevant information in detail. The customer service team will reply directly in the ticket, and progress updates will also be automatically sent to your linked email address.

● In-game access: On the login screen or main interface, tap [Account] ➔ [Feedback] ➔ [Contact Customer Service].

● Discord community: You are welcome to visit the official Discord community, @Puru in the corresponding channel, and attach your issue.
